Evaluation studies and policy analysis

Evaluation is one of STAKES' special fields. In the disability sector STAKES has e.g. conducted evaluations in Kosovo and Bosnia-Hertzegovina.

STAKES has also conducted an evaluation of Finnish development cooperation from the disability perspective. The Manual on Inclusive Planning was used as a framework. Following the evaluation, the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs issued its policy statement that strongly supported inputs on disability in development cooperation.
