Advisory Board on Mediation in Criminal and Civil Cases

• Monitors and evaluates the development of mediation and related research and puts forward proposals for further development
• Promotes co-operation in mediation between administrative branches, organisations and other actors
• Monitors and promotes uniform implementation of the Mediation Act
• Defines principles for determining the content of mediation guidelines
• Monitors the development of mediation internationally and participates in international co-operation
• Implements other tasks assigned to it by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in accordance with the objectives of the Advisory Board
